The Mission of the Southwest Family Advocacy Center is to reduce the trauma of interpersonal violence through a multi-disciplinary collaboration.
The Southwest Family Advocacy Center is committed to coordinating and tracking investigative, prosecutorial, child protection, advocacy, and treatment efforts so that a case does not "fall through the cracks". We are dedicated to preventing abuse through comprehensive primary prevention approaches that reduce vulnerability to victimization, reduce offending behaviors, increase the positive influence of bystanders, and address conditions in society that perpetuate violence and abuse. www.swfac.org |
Childhelp Children’s Center of Arizona
Founded in 1959, Childhelp is one of the oldest national nonprofits dedicated to the intervention, treatment and prevention of child abuse. Childhelp raises public awareness, provides treatment programs for victims of child abuse, offers prevention education to children and adults and actively educates communities nationwide about child protection legislation. Childhelp partners with law enforcement, medical and social service providers, government and schools all working together for the love of a child.

Glendale Family Advocacy Center The goal of the Glendale Family Advocacy Center (GFAC) is to provide comprehensive and coordinated crisis intervention services to crime victims in a safe, comfortable and convenient setting. The GFAC includes facilities for forensic interviews, medical examinations, counseling and collaboration between law enforcement and victim services personnel. Designed for victims of violence, child abuse, and sexual related crimes, the center is available for crime victims and law enforcement agencies throughout the West Valley.
